I chose the above list of  early childhood ethics as my most meaningful.  There significant to my professional career in that they serve a the foundation upon which I desire to build my child development center upon.  I know that in order to build a high quality learning center I along with everyone I employ  must be committed to continuous growth in our knowledge base and staying abreast of current trends and best practices.  We must also be committed to educating children in an environments that are emotionally supportive, and that development the whole child using the latest and best practices.  In order to achieve this we must work collaboratively always sharing resources, ideas and new ways of doing and being to achieve our golds.  We must see ourselves as not only early care and education providers but advocates for the children and families we serve and manifest this role in real and tangible ways.  As advocates we must see ourselves as the best resources for our parents and have as our goal to education them on how to best equip their children for school and ultimately success in life.
